Here's a few simple "Rules and Regulations" that will make the "Crabbe Mountain Gear Exchange" a great place to buy and sell your gear.

1) Please use the "Crabbe Mountain Gear Exchange" for items related to snow sports gear. Example: this is not the place to sell your washing machine. Unrelated items for sale may be removed at the discretion of the CMGE.

2)The Crabbe Mountain Gear Exchange is not a place for open discussion or questions. Please use telephone, e-mail, etc for detailed questions and/or price haggelling. Converstation and comment type posts will be removed.

3) When posting an item for sale, be sure to include... item(s) for sale, details, picture (if available), asking price, contact info, etc.

4) When posting an item for sale, avoid the "Make an offer" scenario. Be honest about your price and you will have better luck selling.

5) Once you have reached an agreement and your gear has been sold, please delete your item/post or make gear as "SOLD".

6) Please respect and consider the site and it's audience and post accordingly. The use of vulgar language will not be tolerated.

7) Keep it legal. The sale of stolen goods will not be tolerated. Any suspicious items will be removed and information will be forwarded to the authorities.

8) The Crabbe Mountain Gear Exchange is for individual buyers and sellers and is not intended for commercial buying or selling.

9) The Crabbe Mountain Gear Exchange reserves the right to remove any posted item.

10) The above rules are subject to change without notice.
